Mr. Shane S. Tedjarati
Chairman of VS Partners LLC
Mr. Shane S. Tedjarati is the Chairman of VS Partners LLC. Prior to VS Partners, he was President of Global High Growth Regions in Honeywell International Inc. (“Honeywell”) (NYSE: HON) and had been an officer of the company since September 2004. Mr. Tedjarati is responsible for driving the business expansion of Honeywell in high growth regions of the world: Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Honeywell, Mr. Tedjarati spent 20 years in information technology and management consulting fields and was the regional managing director for Deloitte Consulting (Greater China) from July 1999 to August 2004, where he worked with Chinese state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations to help them formulate and execute strategies for sustainable growth in China and abroad. Mr. Tedjarati studied Mathematics and Computer Science at McGill University, Canada; Masters of Business Administration at University of Surrey, United Kingdom; and Executive Program in e-Commerce at the Wharton School of Management of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tedjarati is an accomplished aviator and holds the highest levels of FAA pilot certifications (Airline Transport License) and jet type ratings.
Mr. Tedjarati is a special advisor to Chongqing and Wuhan Mayors, member of the advisory board of Antai College of Economics and Management Shanghai Jiao Tong University and industry Co-Chair of China Leaders for Global Operations, a dual master’s degree program by Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Advisory Council Member of the University of Berkeley AMENA Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development.
Mr. Tedjarati has lived in Greater China (Hong Kong and Shanghai) for more than 25 years and speaks six languages including Mandarin Chinese.
Ms. XU Ying (Vanessa, 徐莹)
Executive Chairman, Chief Investment Officer
Ms. Xu is Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of VSP, overseeing the overall development and implementation of the investment program and business strategies. Ms. Xu has two-decades of management experience in Asia Pacific capital markets across asset classes in public equity, private equity, private credit, and structured products. Ms. Xu is recognized as one of Fortune China 2022 Most Powerful Women in Business (Ones to Watch).
Prior to founding VS Partners, Ms. Xu was co-founder and CEO an award-winning Greater China long-only equity fund in the “billion-dollar-club”, managing assets from prominent sovereign-wealth, pension allocators, university endowments, family offices and banking institutions.
Prior to that, Ms. Xu was an Investment Officer at Capital International Private Equity Funds (“CIPEF”), a subsidiary of the Capital Group, responsible for CIPEF’s investments in Asia with a particular emphasis on China internet services, consumer, retail and healthcare sectors.
Prior to Capital Group, Ms. Xu was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Ltd., Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd and Citigroup Global Markets Asia Ltd, with extensive experience in proprietary balance sheet investments in direct credit, equity, equity-linked structured products, cross border M&A and global capital market regulations.
Prior to that, Ms. Xu was a management consultant at Monitor Group in Beijing in the early 2000s.
She received a B.A. of International Economics from Peking University, China, a M.A. of Economics from the Ohio State University, the U.S., and EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
Mr. SUN Hanhui (Sam, 孙含晖)

Mr. Sun is the Chairman of VSP Private Fund Management (Zhuhai) Co., Limited, VS Partners Investment Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Limited.
Mr. Sun has 25 years of experience in finance, corporate management, capital market, direct investment, corporate governance, and social innovation. Mr. Sun brings to VSP substantial industry insights, network, access to opportunities, and direct investment sophistication via a series of senior roles he holds at several industry-leading listed companies in travel and TMT sectors.
Mr. Sun currently serves as the independent director and audit chairman on the boards of iQiyi Inc. (NASDAQ: IQ), Zhihu Inc.(NYSE: ZH), Yiren Ltd. (NYSE: YRD). He is also a board member of SEED for Social Innovation, a community that discovers, trains and connects China’s young social innovators. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Sun served various positions at Qunar Cayman Islands Limited, once a Nasdaq-listed company, including Qunar’s president in 2015 and its chief financial officer from 2010 to 2015. Prior to Qunar, Mr. Sun served from 2007 to 2009, as the chief financial officer of KongZhong Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed company. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Sun held several financial controller positions at Microsoft China R&D Group, Maersk China Co. Ltd., and SouFun.com. In 2004, Mr. Sun left KPMG as a senior manager in the assurance service line where he worked since 1995.
Mr. Sun received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1993. He is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
Mr. REN Huichuan (Alex)
Independent Director of TriBridge Global Allocation Fund
Mr. Ren is a Senior Advisor of Strategy Development Department at Tencent Holdings Limited (HKEX: 700). He was a senior leadership member at Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China (“PingAn”), Ltd, one of the world’s largest insurers.
In his 28-year career at PingAn till May 31, 2020, he served in various senior positions, most recently as the Vice Chairman and formerly the President. Prior to these senior roles, Mr. Ren served as the Chairman of Ping An Trust from April 2016 to June 2019, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen Wanlitong Internet & Information Technology Co., Ltd. from February 2015 to December 2015, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ping An Property & Casualty from April 2007 to May 2011. Before that, Mr. Ren was the Assistant to the President and Financial Director of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd., the Assistant Director of the Development and Reform Center, Vice President of Ping An Property & Casualty and the Assistant Manager of the property & casualty insurance business of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd.
Mr. Ren is an Investor of the Council of Shenzhen Finance Institute. He received an M.B.A. degree from Peking University.
